Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you have ordered, you can return it within 7 days of the date of purchase after making sure it’s in its original condition and there has been no interference or damage to it. The refund will be credited to the card or bank account used for the purchase and will be charged for the shipping and return costs.

If on a product you have received within 3 days, you identified a construction problem and was not used, then you can return it at no extra charge and after being checked by the manufacturer and found it to be faulty, then the amount of value will berefunded to you in full, to the card or to the bank account you used to purchase it.

If a product you have ordered and during its use within 1 month from the date of purchase, a manufacturing fault has occurred and if you have followed the correct usage and maintenance rules, you can return the product and after checking and verifying the problem it can be replaced with a new product.

If you have encountered a problem on a product that you ordered, and if it was your own fault of misuse or poor maintenance during its use, you can return the product and contact us for repair costs if repair is possible.
